Jeremiah Marshall is a seasoned nonprofit and ministry leader with over 25 years of experience in strategic leadership, community transformation, and organizational development. He is the Founder and President of Endless Possible Solutions (EPS), a nonprofit committed to serving nutritionally vulnerable and unhoused populations through sustainable outreach programs. He also serves as the Founder and Senior Pastor of Gospel Outreach Community Church (GOCC), where he has led with a faith-in-action approach since 2015. Jeremiah is a U.S. Air Force veteran, having served 8 years, and brings a disciplined, mission-oriented mindset to every area of leadership. His expertise spans nonprofit governance, systems strategy, and faith-based community engagement.
I founded EPS to create a path for people who felt like they had no way up to find a way out. Joining and leading the board ensures that the organization remains accountable, mission-aligned, and strategically positioned to meet both immediate needs and long-term challenges. I bring a commitment to integrity, excellence, and innovation—and I aim to help EPS grow its impact through strong partnerships, sustainable systems, and servant-hearted leadership.

Alicia James-Marshall is a seasoned financial leader and budget strategist with more than 20 years of federal financial management experience. She currently serves as a Budget Analyst with the U.S. Department of Labor. Her career includes leadership roles within the U.S. Department of Commerce, U.S. Department of Treasury, Fannie Mae, and IBM.
Alicia is also the Director of Administration of Gospel Outreach Community Church, where she helps steward resources for ministry growth and community impact. Her work reflects a commitment to integrity, excellence, and service.
Alicia joined the Endless Possible Solutions Board of Directors because she believes every child and family—regardless of background, resources, or circumstance—should have access to opportunity, support, and the encouragement to dream beyond what they see. Growing up with firsthand awareness of financial hardship and the realities many families face, she is passionate about serving underserved communities, empowering youth, and helping lift those facing poverty and limited resources.
She hopes to contribute her financial expertise, strategic thinking, and administrative leadership to strengthen EPS operations, improve sustainability, support program growth, and expand the organization’s reach to those who need it most.
