Yes. Every household must complete a new sign-up weekly using the current posted link.

No. Only one sign-up per household is allowed. Duplicate appointments will be removed.

You are responsible for signing yourself up unless otherwise instructed by pantry staff.
If you know someone in need who may struggle with technology, please help them complete the
sign-up process or direct them to our social media pages.

If you cannot attend, please cancel your appointment as soon as possible so another family
can use the spot.

You can:

  • Cancel directly through SignUpGenius
  • Comment under the pantry post so others know a spot may be available
    More than three no-shows may result in removal from future sign-ups.

No. Families are responsible for checking the sign-up page themselves for cancellations or newly
opened spots.

Walk-Ins

Walk-ins are discouraged, but emergencies will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
Otherwise, Walk-ins are only allowed if we publicly announce:

  • Extra food availability
  • Open appointment slots
  • Additional distribution opportunities
    If it is not publicly posted, please do not arrive without a confirmed sign-up.
    Delivery

No we do not deliver, you must attend on pantry days to receive assistance

ID & Required Documents

Yes. A current photo identification showing your name and current address is required.
Current passports are acceptable forms of identification.

*A Government Issued Photo ID is required.

You may bring a physical document alongside your Government issued photo ID showing:

  • Full name
  • Current address
  • Zip code
    Examples include:
  • Lease agreements
  • Utility bills
  • Phone bills
  • Official mail
    (Acceptable documents are at the discretion of EPS)
    Screenshots and digital copies are not accepted. Documents must be physical copies.
Distribution Process

Our pantry operates using a grocery store shopping model. Families walk through and
select their own food items rather than receiving prepacked bags/boxes.

This allows households to:

  • Choose foods they will actually use
  • Reduce waste
  • Better meet their family’s needs

No. Quantities are enforced to ensure fairness and allow us to serve as many families as
possible. Limits may vary depending on:

  • Household size
  • Donation levels
  • Current inventory
    Please be respectful of posted quantity limits so everyone has access to food

Food distribution follows the appointment and sign-up system. Families are served according to
their scheduled time and placement in line

pace is limited, especially during warm weather and busy distributions. Please remain in your
vehicle until your scheduled appointment time.

No, If the building is not open yet or the pantry lobby is full please do not line up outside
Please wait in your vehicle for your timeslot, or to be signaled at the door to come shop.

There is generally a 10–15 minute grace period.

Example:
A 5:55 PM appointment may have until approximately 6:10 PM to
arrive. However:

  • Late arrivals are not guaranteed food
  • You may need to wait until scheduled families are served
  • Pantry doors may close depending on volunteer availability and remaining inventory

Families are welcome to select their own items, but all quantity limits and pantry guidelines must
be adhered to.
Please remember:

  • Take only what your immediate household needs
  • Follow volunteer instructions
  • Be mindful that other families are shopping too

Food Availability

Food options change weekly based on donations, rescues, and supplier

availability. Items may include:

  • Milk
  • Eggs
  • Meat
  • Fresh produce
  • Bread
  • Pantry staples
    ● Canned goods
  • Frozen items
  • Snacks

No, Not always. Availability and quantities vary from week to week.

No. While we aim to provide staple items regularly, availability is never
guaranteed

Families are responsible for:

  • Checking expiration dates
  • Inspecting selected items
  • Choosing foods appropriate for their household

Once food leaves the pantry, responsibility transfers to the recipient.
*occasionally recently expired items may be available it’s up to your discretion to take and
consume. Endless Possible Solutions Inc., EPS S.O.U.L Food Pantry, volunteers and their
extensions do not assume any liability for choice in selected items. We also will not assume any
liabilities for the consumption once selections are made and consumed.

Donations & Volunteering

We accept:

  • Non-expired pantry items (i.e canned goods,pasta etc,)
  • Hygiene products (i.e shampoo, conditioner, soap,bodywash, toothpaste etc.)
    If you have unused pantry items at home that are still safe and within date, please consider
    donating them to help another family.

Absolutely. Volunteers are essential to keeping distributions running smoothly.

Help is often needed for:
•Pick up and delivery of donations

  • Setup and cleanup
  • Assisting families
  • Organizing inventory
  • Distribution support
    ● Event support
    ● Other tasks as needed

Communication

Please allow 48–72 hours for responses.
During pantry distribution days, staff and volunteers may not be available to answer messages
immediately.

Urgent messages do not include:

  • Asking if spots are available
  • Appointment cancellations
  • Questions already answered in this FAQ
General Conduct

We ask everyone to:

  • Follow volunteer instructions
  • Respect quantity limits
  • Treat staff, volunteers, and other families kindly, and with respect at all times
  • Help maintain a safe and organized environment
    ● Although EPS is family friendly,Please keep your children next to you at all times. While
    you shop.
    ● Endless Possible Solutions Inc. Nor its food pantry and its extensions are not liable for
    injuries incurred in or on property. Parents will be held financially liable for any damages
    by children (or others) in their care

If you are able to travel to the pantry location and secure an appointment, we will do our best
to assist you.

Removing or Canceling Your SignUpGenius

If you signed up and need to cancel your appointment, please remove your name as soon
as possible so another family can use the spot.

If you created a SignUpGenius account:

  1. Log into SignUpGenius.com
  2. Click the “Invited To” tab
  3. Find “Items I’ve Signed Up For”
  4. To remove your name, click the “X” next to the appointment
  5. To edit information, click the pencil icon
    If you need a different appointment time, you must:
  • Remove your original appointment first
  • Then sign up again for the new available time slot.

If you signed up without creating an account:

  1. Open the confirmation or reminder email from SignUpGenius
  2. Click the original sign-up link
  3. Select “Change Your Sign Up”
  4. Follow the prompts to remove or edit your appointment

It’s possible:

  • A different email address was used
  • There was a typo in the email entered during sign-up
    If this happens, you may need to contact the sign-up creator for assistance.
    Please do not simply not show up. Removing your appointment helps another family receive
    assistance.
